The Safe Delivery Policy outlines what conditions may affect our ability to deliver your goods to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

Earp Bros and associated delivery companies reserve the right to refuse delivery if the conditions or situation is deemed unsafe to access.
The tyres on all-terrain forklifts may leave a black rubber mark on the surfaces it travels over. This should wear off over time, however, please note we do not return to clean the surface for you.

WE WILL DELIVER TO:

• A driveway or private footpath
• An underground carpark (customer must advise of height restrictions when booking)
• Loading docks (customer must provide loading dock number and access details when booking)
• A storage facility

WE DO NOT:

• Hand unload your order under any circumstances
• Deliver through sliding doors
• Deliver onto decks, balconies or patios
• Push or slide pallets across any surface
• Drive under or through scaffolding
• Drive down the side of a house/structure unless sealed surface and meets all other requirements of this policy
• Drive over packing sand, bulk sand, steel reinforcing bar, electrical cables, open or freshly filled trenches, suspended slabs, or timber decking
• Drive over 'green' concrete - all concrete must be greater than 12 weeks old and it is the customers responsibility to advise if suitable for a loaded forklift to traverse the surface (<6000kg)
• Drive over paved driveways, wet pebblecrete on gradients
• Drive over other people's property (including footpaths)
• Drive over soft or uneven surfaces (grass, gravel, dirt, etc)

PLEASE NOTE: In all circumstances it is at the delivery driver's discretion as to the safest place to deliver your order. If the driver deems there no safe place to leave your order, a Futile/Redelivery Fee may apply, payable prior to redelivery attempts.
