What do you look for in candidates?
Every position within our organisation is different, with unique requirements. We will only consider candidates who value and demonstrate trust, integrity, positivity and respect.
Will I receive feedback on my interview?
Feedback can be provided on request from the candidates at any time after the recruitment process for the relevant role has been completed.
If I am not selected can I apply for another position?
Absolutely. We encourage all candidates who feel they have the relevant skills to apply for each role to do so.
What will the recruitment process involve?
Our recruitment process is comprehensive and depending onn the role being applied for can include anywhere from one to three interviews. Our interviews will include a variety of managers within each state, or other states, depending on the role being filled. We feel this gives candidates the objective greatest chance of success.
Who has access to my data once I have applied for a role?
Senior Management responsible for the recruitment of an advertised role retain your resume for the purposes of recruiting for any given role. We treat personal details supplied with strict confidentiality.
